This is the German Shepherd Dog, Bullet, made by Hartland Plastics many years ago for their Roy Rogers and Trigger figure set.
I came across this one at a thrift store over a decade ago and couldn't believe my luck when I realized that he was the same scale as the Breyer Companion Animal dogs. He became the alpha of our little pack of dogs and was given the name Kruger after our real dog.
He was found well-worn and chipped but that did not stop him from becoming one of the favorites whenever the Breyer dogs were played with. He still remains a very special part of my collection.
